Introducing, Shadowfax!

This roast will rotate through different origins, and will always be something different and interesting. It will usually be anaerobic processed, which typically produces a more complex, super juicy cup compared to other coffee processes.

Our first Shadowfax comes from Costa Rica and is anaerobic and honey processed. It makes a super juicy, but full-bodied cup. It has notes of bright berries, rich chocolate, with a citrus undertone.
